TWSe is family owned and operated business with a specialised team of employees offering a range of mechanical and electrical services. Brothers Mark and Rex Wilson head up the business and between them have over 40 years experience in electrical, mechanical and infrastructure services.
The TWSe Team comprises of experienced and competent staff and we have a number of electrical and mechanical services managers, Project Managers, trained site supervisors, trained confined space personnel, WHS officer, senior first aiders, competent machinery operators and heavy vehicle drivers. All members of the TWSe Team are required to and have obtained their Construction Induction Card and have ongoing training and skill and competency assessments undertaken regularly and on the job training.
As the Managing Director, Rex has spearheaded the development of water and sewer treatment facilities, pumping stations, and customised automation processes, ensuring that our civil construction efforts stand out for their creativity and responsiveness to our clients’ needs.
We’ve successfully integrated complex projects involving Sewer, Effluent, Saline and Potable water pipelines, Emergency transfer systems, telemetry automation and integration, always prioritising the care for our environment and the communities we serve. Rex’s role involves close collaboration with our clients and team to drive sustainable practices and explore new methodologies that elevate our industry, as evidenced by our proud membership in CCF NSW, Certified Meter DQP Installer and Irrigation Designer, and our dedication to civil construction best practice.
Rex is deeply passionate to provide an array of opportunities for our team to seek new projects, new methods of implementation, and particularly strategically building the key services and full capabilities possible by TWS Evolution. Rex’s other passions are his family, his community, Civil Contractors Federation, previously Consortium Member at 2020 Exchange,
Lucy Wilson is currently the Business Manager of TWS Evolution, and Owner at Think Water Orange.
Lucy Wilson brings many years of leadership experience in NSW Department of Health Emergency Services Nursing, Business Management bachelor’s degree, Project operations in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ). Lucy’s journey has been about ensuring excellence in customer relations and support services.
At Think Water Orange and TWS Evolution, Lucy’s focus has been on cultivating a culture where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. The expertise in pumps, filtration, and irrigation I’ve developed dovetails with my dedication to workplace safety and environmental compliance. Aligned with Think Water Orange’s mission, I am committed to delivering innovative water solutions while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
My goal is to continue enhancing our services and expanding our reach, leveraging my competencies to elevate the customer experience and maintain the highest safety standards.
